Synopsis:
King of Gamblers, King (Andy Lau), and his buddy Skinny Dragon (Nick Cheung), together with Dragon's cousin, Smarty (Chan Pak Cheung), swindle a huge amount of money out of the wicked Big Eye Man's underground casino. When the trio is about to enjoy the easy money, Man's gangs show up unexpectedly and catch Dragon.
