Synopsis:
Erica Li, the Hong Kong author and screenwriter behind Sara and 77 Heartwarmings, makes her feature directorial debut with Just 1 Day. She works again with leading lady Charlene Choi and director Herman Yau, who served as producer for the film. Based on Erica Li's own same-titled novel, Just 1 Day draws tears with a touching romance portrayed by Charlene Choi and Wong Cho Lam, who plays an artist suffering from ALS. As a story about love and memories, Just 1 Day also showers love on the city of Hong Kong through artwork and beautiful images of Hong Kong captured in cinematography by Christopher Doyle.
For urban sketcher artist Mosaic (Wong Cho Lam), who has been diagnosed with ALS, both people and things are gradually becoming frozen in his life. Before his condition worsens, he wants to collect happy memories. After encountering his childhood crush Angelfish (Charlene Choi) at a school reunion event, he brings up the courage to ask her to be his girlfriend for just one day. During this carefully planned day of sweet moments, Angelfish experiences the romance that has been missing from her life.
《給我1天》（《只屬於我們的一天》）由著名編劇李敏首次執導，把她的同名小說搬上大銀幕，還有合作無間的監製邱禮濤和女主角@蔡卓妍 助陣。劇情以「漸凍人」為主題，阿Sa與@王祖藍 扮演由青梅竹馬變成面對惡疾相互廝守的戀人，劇情催淚感人，而王祖藍的「漸凍人症」患者演技獲得激讚。
故事講述城市速寫畫家馬賽克（王祖藍飾）身患「漸凍人症」，眼見病情快惡化，於是向小學同學神仙魚（蔡卓妍飾）鼓起勇氣，希望完成當他一天女友的遺願。
