Synopsis:
王有為，立法院裡的替代役，標準的社會魯蛇，卻在立委熊穎穎與反派立委的衝突中，不小心害得熊穎穎被辭職，然後要求王有為替她把立委選回來。從來沒被人期望過的王有為竟然就這樣補選上立委？只不過他連小學班長都沒當過！立法院竟爆發化工廠流出的活屍病毒，立委高官一個個互咬變成活屍。對活屍病毒免疫的王有為，與倖存者打爆活屍，奮力逃出立法院，與穎穎化解了彼此心結，他們想要活著出去，一個都不能少！
WANG Yo-Wei (He Hao-Chen) is an ordinary young man and always considered himself as a loser throughout his life. He serves as a Substitute Civilian Serviceman in Legislature, and accidentally causes a controvsial legislative member XIONG Ying-Ying (LAI Ya-Yen) lose her job in a conflict incident. In order to get back the power and achieve her political goal, XIONG asks WANG to go for the re-election and she will assist him to do the job. At the same time, a mysterious virus spread out in the Legislature and turn the officers and members into zombies. WANG and XIONG are both being lock down inside the Legislature and no way to escape. How will they fight against the virus and the zombies, and get the hell out of the place?
