Synopsis:

Rick (Leslie Cheung) finds his match in police inspector Miu (Alex Fong) at a shooting contest, but before they can decide who is the sharper shooter, a man who's gone berserk bursts in and starts shooting the spectators. Rick heroically guns down the man, but worryingly overwhelmed in the thrills of taking lives with his gun.
