Synposis:
A story about the life of the guide dog Quill (nickname Little Q): the love interaction between Little Q and the puppy raiser (Frankie Lam, Charlie Young, Roger Kwok, Angela Yuen), the guide dog trainer (Him Law) and the newly blind dessert chef Lee Po Ting (Simon Yam) - how it earns the trust of Po Ting and makes Po Ting take a new lease of life.
小Q自出娘胎便帶著與別不同的胎記在Dr. Lo(林文龍 飾）家出生，未幾交給陳生(郭晉安 飾）陳太(楊釆妮 飾）和女兒芷喬(劉楚恬、袁澧林 分飾小時及少女期)一家三口帶養，感情深厚。長大後由導盲犬訓練員Simon（羅仲謙 飾）悉心訓練，帶到名廚李寶庭（任達華 飾）家中配對，寶庭因失明導致脾氣暴躁，不單喝罵辭去教職替他打理甜品店的妹妹寶兒（梁詠琪 飾），更三番四次趕走小Q，但受過嚴格導盲訓練的小Q依然不離不棄，任何情況下也以身護主，忠誠終於解開寶庭心結，促使他勇於開闊新生活，不以失明停步，繼續鑽研新甜品，一人一狗並浪蕩天涯！然而隨著小Q年纪漸大，寶庭急病，一人一狗如何面對無可避免的分離......
