Synopsis:

The "Lucky Stars" from the popular Winners and Sinners offer another great action comedy Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars. The now superstar Sammo Hung, who also directs the movie, teams up with his pals Stanley Fung, Eric Tsang, and Richard Ng again, plus Michael Miu who is new to the series. Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars also features Jackie Chan, with whom one can expect breath-taking fighting sequences, especially when the other two most famous action comedy heroes Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao are in the cast. Australian action star Richard Norton (also in Jackie Chan's City Hunter and Mr. Nice Guy), a real-life physical trainer and bodyguard, engages in a vigorous battle with Sammo Hung that will surely stun all action movie fans. The movie was nominated for the Best Action Design at the 6th Hong Kong Film Awards.

A sequel to Winners and Sinners (1983) and My Lucky Stars (1985), Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars once again follows the mission of the five "Lucky Stars". This time they are assigned to protect a beautiful young lady (Rosamund Kwan) who gets hold of information about some drug traffickers. Joined by two police constables (Jackie Chan and Yuen Biao), they set out their journey to fight crime, but at times distracted by the ladies they encounter...

鷓鴣菜（洪金寶飾）、羅漢果（曾志偉飾）、花旗（秦祥林飾）、大生地（吳耀漢師）及犀牛皮（馮淬帆飾）在東京屢破奇案，香港警察特地請他們到泰國芭提雅渡假，而花旗因準備行船、故推薦其弟花塔餅（苗僑偉飾）代替自己加入五福星行列。霸王花（胡慧中飾）同時亦接獲密令，往泰國找線人老馬（黃錦燊飾），拿一份泰、港毒販名單，但馬於臨終時將名單寄往香港王綺清小姐（關芝琳飾），於是五福星聯同香港警探雞骨草（成龍師）與獨腳金（元彪前）會師再戰。
