Synopsis :
China’s 18,000-kilometer-long coastline is abundant in natural resources. It offers a great variety of food sources in ecological diversity. People get food from the sea in various ways. They brave waves and dangers to harvest fresh and inexpensive delicacies. In the coastal regions of eastern China, these much-coveted delicacies are collectively called “little seafood”.
