Synopsis :

Two months later, the SP 4th Unit members have recovered from their wounds of that embattled night. inoue has returned to his duty as security police. But Inoue (Junichi Okada), who harbors deep suspicions toward his boss, Ogata (Shinichi Tsutsumi). Meanwhile, the police force starts in investigate Ogata due to his unusual relationship with those high officials. At the same time, INoue is assigned by Ogata to be the security escort in the parliament. In the voting date, a bullet suddenly breaks the silence in the parliament....

經歷了上集襲擊官房長官的恐怖事件後，轉眸間又過了兩個月，保護小組的特警亦重返崗位，如常執行任務。不過，只有井上薰（岡田准一 飾）依然忐忑不安，因為他開始懷疑上司尾形總一郎（堤真一 飾）的動機。另一邊廂，警方亦正展開對尾形的調查，他與執政黨幹事等一眾高官過從甚密的關係。就在此時，井上接到尾形的命令，負責國會保安工作。而就在投票當天，日本國會的議事堂果然響起了槍聲……
