Synopsis :

While Chung Tin-ching was serving his sentence, his mother passed away. His only son, Leung, was forced to go to the orphanage which made him hate his father very much. Chung applied for a day off to attend Leung's Parents Day. But his application was rejected by the security chief, Ghost. Chung escaped and then surrendered himself afterwards. In prison, Dragon was the leader of the Mainland gang. They intended to established a new force inside the prison so as to get better benefits. Their plans upset both the local gang and Ghost. On the first day of Lunar New Year, a big fight broke out between Dragon's gang and the local gang. Ghost suppressed the riot ruthlessly....

鍾天正(周潤發 飾)於服刑期間母親病逝，獨子良仔被 迫要送進孤兒院，正因 而欲向新保安督察鬼見愁(徐錦江 飾)申請外出，卻遭故意 留難，正被迫逃獄一天 探望良仔。事後鬼遂對正懷恨在心。後來鬼欲收買大陸犯人 大圈龍(陳松勇 飾)不 困，故迫使另一犯人骷髏頭誣害龍，其後再散播正出賣龍的 謠言；龍和正迫不得已 先後逃獄。龍從正口中得知骷髏頭出賣自己，遂決定一同逃 回大陸……
