Synopsis

The Chung Lui School” is founded by former legendary Thai-boxing king of Macau, Chung Lui himself. Once determined to train pro boxers, the place now struggles to stay afloat; all that’s left are old grannies and grandpas who complain non-stop. Still, Chung keeps his head up, living by the creed he’s held his whole life - never back down from a stronger foe. Meanwhile ad boss Snow gets into it with Kari on a shoot, then catches her boyfriend Daniel cheating with… yup, Macau’s queen of fists Ya-yun. Snow storms over to square things, but when Kari and Bi-ju try breaking it up, the four end up brawling and it goes viral. Furious, Snow challenges Ya-yun to a real ring match. She barges into Chung Lui’s gym begging to train. Under loyal student Kao-Chau’s brutal regime, she toughs it out - and somehow pushes everyone around her to face their own fears too. 「鍾磊舍」由曾叱咤澳門泰拳界的傳奇拳王鍾磊(古天樂-飾) 一手創立，矢志培訓職業拳手的鍾磊舍變得經營困難，館內學生餘下的只有公公婆婆，問題天天都多，他仍積極面對，努力堅持貫徹其遇上強敵從不退縮的畢生理念。廣告界女強人雪(王丹妮-飾) 跟嘉莉(梁詠琪-飾）在拍攝廣告上發生衝突，其後意外發現男友Daniel (陳湛文-飾）有外遇，情敵竟是澳門女拳王雅雲(周秀娜-飾)，而氣得直接找她理論之際，嘉莉和碧珠一同前往勸阻，結果四人大打出手，更被途人發布網上。雪狠下戰書誓要在擂台上與雅雲決一勝負。雪決心到「鍾磊舍」向鍾磊拜師學拳，在鍾磊愛徒高秋(胡子彤-飾)指導下，接受一系列地獄式訓練。鍾磊等人受到雪的影響，亦勇敢面對以前不敢挑戰的事，決心跟理念不同的大徒弟陳偉斌(張文傑-飾)來一場臨時決戰…
